Of which I anticipated the arrival on Dead by Daylight already in 2021:
It is precisely on this last content that the speculations of the fans are increasing day after day, and the reason is precisely the arrival of William Birkin within the game.
In fact it is not the first time that the developers of Dead by Daylight add new horror characters through the legendary skins, it has already happened with the collaboration with Crypt TV:

And Silent Hill:
And if they have introduced William Birkin as a legendary skin, it means that new Resident Evil killers could arrive inside Dead by Daylight as legendary skins, and fans are already speculating that the next ones could be Lady Dimitrescu, Jack Baker and Mr.X.

Moreover, regarding Lady D. there is an interview with the Creative Director of Dead by Daylight, he was asked about the possibility of having her inside the game:
Lady Dimitrescu could become a legendary skin of The Knight, in which the daughters can become part of the power by exploiting the guards that are summoned when using her power.
Mr.X may instead become a legendary Nemesis skin, and Jack Baker may be connected to the Hillbilly.
Thanks to the recent release of The Knight, Lady Dimitrescu could definitely be one of the killers that would most fit a power already existing within Dead by Daylight, and fans in fact hope that it is her next to get inside the game of Behaviour Interactive.
