Chapter 31 of Dead by Daylight is coming up, and like every chapter, people always wonder whether it might be something licensed or original.
In the case of chapter 31 I had already anticipated this to you about two months ago, but new confirmations have come from recent leaks stating that the survivor and the killer coming in march with chapter 31 will be original, so to those who were wondering: yes, chapter 31 will be original and not licensed as Chucky Chapter.
Just about Chapter 31, the community is speculating because of a user on youtube who apparently knows the chapters Behaviour Interactive is working on, having managed to anticipate both Chucky and Alan Wake, and now the same user has also given us information about the killer that will be inside Chapter 31 with a survivor and a new map:
And indeed within the lore of Dead by Daylight there is a mention of three characters that actually seems to correlate with the description given by Gumpy887:
So it seems that the new killer similar to The Legion containing then three aliens/humanoids actually already has several teasers within the Dead by Daylight lore, and this is not even the first time this has happened, even in the past Behaviour Interactive has anticipated content through videos from the Dead by Daylight archives and which then actually made it into the game.
But not only that, in fact there are numerous new features coming within Dead by Daylight, including the ability to purchase cosmetics through collections, and the arrival of Mystery Boxes and Special Packs that will contain Rift items and cosmetics.
Chapter 31 also will bring with it a spring event.
I would also like to remind you that a lot of new things are coming in January, there will be rework for The Onryo and The Hillbilly and also for the Swamp map, there will be FOV Slider that will allow the FOV to be adjusted, and the 3 gen solution for the end of the game.
The Blight will receive a rework to its add-ons and some perks will be changed, namely: Shadowborn, STBFL, Grim Embrace, Quick Gambit, Monitor and Abuse.
